Backup Your Emails. Don’t Lose Your Most Important Data PDF Print E-mail

Backup your emails. Don’t lose your most important data.

For many people email represents not only archives of messages and contacts but also a collection of their work. Email contains work specifications, messages from friends, feedback from clients and many more.

I am a freelance designer so I receive job requests, all descriptions and images I need to use. Email is the way I send my final work. So I got my entire work in a few thousand emails and five hundred contacts.

When my hard-disk failed a few weeks ago, I thought I was going crazy. I didn’t save anything! Luckily, it was just a false alarm. The poor piece of metal stopped breathing.

I realized that I could lose my work, so the next day I started searching for an Outlook Express backup program. I came across Adolix Outlook Express Backup , a handy tool that can backup and restore Outlook Express and eight more email clients.

I thought I should give it a try, and it worked like a charm. I made a backup file of all my messages, accounts, folders, signatures and options in a few seconds. But this didn’t convince me, so I decided to test and see if restore works. So I restored everything on my laptop, just to see what happens. And surprise, it was all there except for the accounts’ passwords.

I didn’t have to see more, so I went on the order page and paid 24.95 $ to get the full version. It was a small price for a utility that saved my work.

Don’t lose your emails, backup them. You may never know when your hard-disk fails or you get a virus.
